Company refuses to pay funds due to me

Bonitas Medical aid, refuses to pay out my refund. When I submitted all the required documents I was told that I would receive my refund within 5 to 7 working days. It’s 7 weeks later and I don’t have no refund.

Call centre keeps informing me that the my query has not been attended to after numerous escalations.

These are funds I was supposed to use to pay my rent. Now I will be left homeless because of Bonitas. This is a company I had committed to delicately for over 5 years.

What a slap in the face!!!
