Clueless Bonitas Staff

<p>I have been tryiyng to join sanlam reality program for almost a month now. submitted all the documents but till today nothing has happened. have made numerous calls and sent many emails but nothing. Staff keep telling me different stories each time i call. sanlam is not helpful either saying bonitas is responsible. all they do is to ask for an email promising to investigate and report back but nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is annoying, why promote a service if you dont even care assisting your members. I could mention names but again whats the use...</p> <p>Surely they can learn from DISCOVERY when it comes to caring about their members</p>
