Closure to query without an answer
My subs went up by more than double and I sent an email on Tuesday 4th January. Saying I am a SASSA pensioner and I cannot afford to pay so much. Yesterday the 6th January I got an email saying \CLOSURE TO QUERY"without an answer. """
