Closing Queries after doing nothing
<p>I've requested info regarding a savings refund application from several months ago. Each time the query gets closed by them saying they've referred it to their finance dept or savings dept. and each time I get zero feedback. It's a simple request. I submitted all necessary forms months ago. </p>
