Closed query but NEVER received help!!!
WAKE UP PLEASE!!!!!! I'm trying to get into contact with someone to assist me with a query I logged on 07/07/2015 ALREADY!!!!! When I logged on to the site to check my query history, I found that the query had been \closed"!!! I never received any help from anyone regarding this"
