Claims takes for ever... stalling tactics for booking a hospital bed for an URGENT procedure?

<p>Oh, how I miss Discovery!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted a claim, but apparently it takes 5 to 10 working days to capture... eish you need new data capturers!</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to book a bed for a one day procedure that is quite urgent, as my wife can barely walk with all the pain, for Monday 10/04... we will have an authorisation number... MAYBE FRIDAY! When am I supposed to book the bed at the hospital???</p> <p> </p> <p>If I look at all the bad reviews, let's see if facebook/hellopeter is wrong...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
