CLAIMS STILL NOT BEEN PAID 3 MONTHS AFTER SURGERY

On 27 July I went for an operation.<br> From a R13178.45 account they only paid the DR R3777.51<br> When I queried this they told me they made a mistake.<br> They paid the DR from my \day to day"instead of my \""in hospital\"" The consultant then said he is sending a request for them to pay it from my \""in hospital\"" instead of my \""day to day\"" since it was done in hospital.<br> Since then I have phoned Bonitas at least once a week to find out what is taking so long.<br> <br> 2 Weeks ago the consultant told me the system shows the outstanding amount of just over R9000.00 to the DR is \""in process\"" and that I would only have to pay in the outstanding amount of about R300.<br> 2 Weeks later"
