Claims on PMB with Auth not paid! two years and counting

Over a week since my last review, with the same generic reply you get from Bonitas saying the will look into it. Still i have not been contacted, still i have two year old accounts not paid and still bonitas doesn't give a damn! they take your premiums, provide you with an Auth number on PMB conditions then dont actually pay the service provider. if you join the medical aid you better have lots of money to be prepared to pay their high premiums and have enough airtime to phone them for over two years to get nowhere.
