Claims Not Being Paid Out and Nothing Getting Sort

This I have to be completely honest has been and still is the WORST experience I have ever come across when dealing with a medical aid.<br> <br> It has been almost 6 months since claims have been submitted to this medical aid and it is still going on!<br> <br> The only response I get every time I phone is that it has been resubmitted and that it is in for processing. <br> <br> This is so frustrating as the Doctor now is going to charge us interest because they wont do what we pay for monthly.<br> <br> I am so DISGUSTED AND DISAPPIONTED in this medical aid that I have no other means but to put it on this forum.<br> <br> They can not transfer me to a manager, they can not escalate it further. This is ridiculous.<br> <br> Pathetic to be honest.
