Claims - Not being attended to until mails sent 2 to 3 times.

Almost of of my last several claims get left or unattended to until I push and resend the emails 2 or 3 times. I feel like they are just hoping that the claimant will forget about the claim move on. I should not have to stress about it 3 or 4 times a month after I have sent my initial claim. I think it may be time to start finding a new medical aid. I pay an arm and a leg each month and still struggle with service.
