CLAIMS MADE BUT NO CHRONIC MEDS DELIVERED

<p>A complaint was sent to both bonitas and pharmacy direct via email but to date no response!</p> <p> </p> <p>A pensioners chronic meds are being dispensed and claims put through but NO medication gets delivered! How does this work? You claim every month but only deliver meds once in 3 months or so??? When we complain we told a new script is required, we send that through and still have the hassle of NOT getting and meds on time!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>How is this assisting? Whats the point of Bonitas offering a service but not delivering?</p> <p>And this is not the 1st time we are complining about the terrible service from pharmacy direct!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>If my dad gets ill due to not getting his meds, who then is responsible? </p>
