Hello Peter, I am highly disappointed with Bonitas since joining Bonitas Medical scheme it's been issues on issues and my current frustrating is being indebted due to unpaid Claims, I have references calls requesting to discuss my issues with their head of department and no one is coming back to me with the emails send and phone calls made I need assistance with this matter. I will strongly advice anyone considering Bonitas to re look into their client service as from my side its disappointing. From receiving my Medical Aid card and getting my chronic medication Bonitas has never addressed my medical needs which was why I needed the insurance but it's coming at a cost. I recently had a medical emergency and still it became a hustle to being admitted to hospital. I don't feel I am treated fairly or humanly.
