Claims Bonitas medical aid

I submitted a claim to bonitas medical aid on 16/01 2021 for covid 19 test, not once have Bonitas contacted me regarding my claim, after i made a follow up on my claim it was said the codes from the lab were incorrect, the codes were rectified and all prove was sent back to Bonitas, once again no response from Bonitas, i contacted them again same thing more codes needed to be changed, all done back to Bonitas no responce again, i contacted Bonitas this morning, sorry no claim on the system.
