Claims
Very dissapointed with my medical aid. My hubby broke his arm last night. We couldn't go to the nearest hospital bcos they did not pay the April claim for my daughter. I tried to call them this morning they said they offline I should call again. Since 7am we have been in Public Hospital waiting for a Dr but in my purse I have a medical aid. We still waiting. Feel so hopelezs
