CLAIM STILL NOT PAID AFTER 5 MONTHS!!!

<p>Last year my son was constantly admitted to hospital with high fever and chest infections.</p> <p>Beginning of November 2016 he was admitted again and beginning of Desember 2016 AGAIN.</p> <p>Numerous tests were done to find out why he is constantly sick. Because we live in a Malaria area there are certain extra tests that had to be done - according to the peadiatritian. 5 months down the line and I am still receiving outstanding balances from Lancet Laboratories. I have sent through all the documentation that Bonitas requested as well as the motivational letter from the doctor (regarding the tests that were done) that Ive sent throug twice.</p> <p>Yet, everytime I phone Bonitas (on a weekly basis) all I am told is that they are sending the query through for re-evaluation AGAIN and that it will take 5-7 working days to resolve.</p> <p>All these tests were neccesary and the ones that Bonitas did not cover I already paid for.</p> <p>This should be covered by my in-hospital benefit and I dont understand why this is taking Bonitas 5 months to settle / sort out / understand /investigate or whatever they are trying to do. </p>
