Claim Short Paid

My husband is an Oncology patient with Bonitas Medical Scheme, he has follow ups every 3 months.

We are required to pay upfront for a consultation, R750.00 this was done on the 21/06/2017 and Bonitas paid back R520.00 for a consultation with an oncologist (not in an agreement)

However the issue came in for his next follow up on the 28/09/2017, same oncologist, same amount but now Bonitas is only paying back R350.00 and they claim this is the current rate.

I have raised this multiple times with your call centre, as well as with your social media team as to how a rate for an oncology (out of network) decrease.

the last feedback i got was that the issue was sent to a specialist claims assessor for review but still no feedback.

Please urgently rectify this...
