Claim rejected And Bonitas has no idea why

<p>I am a member of Bonitas medical aid and I am extremely unhappy with the service. From the 20 March I have now contacted Bonitas in excess of 15 times. I have received unhelpful feedback TWICE only.<br />My query is related to a claim dated 09/02/2017. An amount of R568.25 was rejected with a code of 752. I have sufficient funds in my day to day benefits. I have read through the Bonitas brochure and nowhere is it stated that this procedure is an exclusion criteria.</p> <p>Every single time I call or contact an agent via the Bonitas App I am told that the claim was rejected,they are not sure why and it is being reprocessed. No one has bothered to provide me with feedback, I have had to call and message multiple times to find out what is going on.<br />The matter is always escalated to a team leader yet nothing is done to resolve this. <br />I have requested feedback regarding why this claim is being rejected and now almost two months later still not resolved.
