Claim query ignored / closed without feedback

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Query MI ********** 45 refers. This was closed without any proper feedback being provided (2017-04-10). I subsequently forwarded the closure mail via the "queries" email address, to-date have not received any reply. I contacted the call-centre this morning and the agent could not really give me a detailed answer as to why the scheme does not cover the queried item - ref 240417Q7WXBH. The Maxillo-Facial surgeon even offered to provide a motivation if necessary.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am quite disgusted as nobody can or is willing to give me a straight answer.</p>
