Claim not Processed - Wrong Nappi code - Hearing Aid
Claim was submitted on the 3rd Jan, rejected reason wrong Nappi code. The same claim was paid out last year, no problems at all. I have phone several times, but get every time a different answer from every call centre person. I have contacted the medical board on the nappi codes, and they told me the codes has not changed. They promised a call back but it never happens. My ref no's is 100118QKB8NM / 180118QK5R40 / 100118QKD5ND Member no. ********** 4950, can someone from Management please contact me. Regard this as very urgent please
