Claim not paid

Im very disappointed I paid my premium every month but I received the email from Xray department stating that the Bonitas Medical aid didn't paid the xray cost of my child for 2018 and I've being informed now.Im very disappointed I didn't know that Bonitas can do same as old mutual did on the KZN FAMILY
