claim not paid
I submitted a Pmb claim, on the 02/02/2016, since then I have made countless follow ups still even today the matter has not been resolved, every time I must fight for a claim to be approved and settled, when I call the call centre, I get told different story, they don't know anything about PMB benefits. can somebody please assist
