Claim not being paid, no one can help.
I am SO FRUSTRATED with this company. I have been trying my best to get a claim paid for months that they authorized but to no avail. I keep hitting a wall and they send me back and forth. Have waisted almost R300 airtime trying to sort it out. They have given me all kinds of excuses and no one seems to know what is really going on. Pathetic.
