Claim for Refund

I was told to pay and amount of R750.00 upfront before the doctor can check me, of which I did that and upon my return I submitted the receipt due to the dent of paying that money as I was sick there was nothing I can do I was in pains. On the 01st of March I was told query will be solved within six days. I would like hellopeter to engage with this people on my behalf for my refund as I see doing it by myself is not helping me at all. Yet I was having savings on my medical.
