Claim for pathaloghy not paid

I have a claim that has blnot been paid since the the 1st of November 2022. I have every week been on the phone calling Bonitas and I will spent hours being placed on hold but there has been no joy what so ever. It been one frustrating experience and am ashamed to think I am still covered with them as I requested this escalated to a manager or a supervisor which is was I spoke to a man by the name of THABISO MABEWU who's was also not really helpful if you ask me there's a big room for improvement when it comes to the TCF with this scheme the service is so poor till date he has not followed up on my issue for has he given me a call back to advise what the status of my query is..... Very sadden with the lack of responsibility that Bonitas has it disgusting.
