Chronuc Meds DSP

I recently changed jobs and Changed to Bonitas med aud. I am on chronuc neds and was advised that I need to used Pharmacy direct as a dsp. I have done all the paperwork and have been advised that the item is out if stick at pharmacy direct and I am allergic to the alternate so i need Evorel Patch. I have called Bonitas many times. On Friday the cinsultant advised he can see pharmacy directs ckaim reversal so he will do a motiation to override any co payment so I can obtain locally. However this was not done and after many chats today I get told That IMust get a letter from pharmacy direct stating shortage. I am now frustrated as I needs a refill and I am told different things by different consultants. I hav got a leyter from pharmacy direct but its states that stick is available. My issue us why should i do all the bacground wiek when this is the nefical aids preference

Hope that someobe at Bonitas can liase with someine at pharmacy direct and fix their stories so members dont go around in circles.
