Chronic Medicine Management

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm an LMS member with Bonitas membership effective from 1 January 2017. I however need to ensure my chronic medicines are all in order, as there are medicines I will need very soon and need to have all in place in any case for future need.</p> <p> </p> <p>The consultant tried explaining but wasn't able to and then, after wasting my airtime, transferred me to another department who would be of more help and the phone was dropped in my ear!!! I need to have my chronic medicines, as well as the treatment sessions that go with that, sorted out before 1 January and I'm not getting the help I need! I'm not even a full member yet and this doesn't make me feel very positive about it all!!</p>
