Chronic medication not delivered.

I have been on chronic medication for a few years now and have been complaining in person at your Centurion office in person. This also does NOT help. When I phoned them on Monday they confirmed my request to phone me if I can't hear them at my gate. Nothing happens. What am I to do. It has happened in the past that I had to buy my own medication without any refund from them.
