Chronic medication not delivered as promised
Pathetic service! Pharmacy Direct promised Chronic medication to be delivered yesterday, still no delivery!
Why is Bonitas medical aid Boncap- forcing clients to make use of such farcical DSP?
Please do not respond if you are not going to change the DSP going forward. So much complaints on this platform and still it seems as if nobody is willing to change the system ? !!!
