Chronic medication limit exhausted

As per my statement from Bonitas, I have a chronic medication limit of R15 700 per family per annum, but they refuse to pay my son's medication due to limit exceeded - or more specifically, they said his limit is exceeded. But it clearly states family limit and that was the first thing I checked when choosing the medical aid because his medication is expensive. Just for one of his medications it is R760 per month. Times that by 12 and it is R9120. If I work on what they say, then it would only cover 9 months, so why would I chose that. I have sent numerous emails and I am being referred to my statement and my statement reflects family benefit. I have already spent money on two months medication.
