Chronic Medication for a 29 weeker declined

I went to preterm labour in January at 29 weeks. The Doctor recommended synagis (vaccine for respiratory infection) since she was born too early and prone to infections. Both the doctor and I have been pushed by bonitas from pillar to post, demanding more and more motivation for the treatment. They have subsequently declined the authorisation for treatment without giving me satisfactory reasons! The service I have gotten in this time has been distigusting with no empathy at all. why would they refuse to treat a child who weighs 1.3 kg!!!!!

I will be changing bonitas as soon as the cross over period is opened, no one deserves such treatment..!
