Chronic medication department rejects applications automatically

I have jumped through hoops and been to the doctor 3 times to get my chronic cholesterol medication approved. Even with the Dr spending 30 minutes on the line they keep rejecting the application on grounds that they need certain information, which we continuously give them. Be very careful if you need Chronic medication.
