Chronic Medication

In the beginning of the year I was told my medication is no longer on chronic and i need to re-apply (i have been a member of Bonitas since 2007 where i was diagnosed with my chronic disease over 7 years how can i not need my chronic medication any longer? then i battled 2 months to rectify this as Bonitas paid for the medication but from my day to day limits. then today I want to collect my chronic medication and is told that i have a massive co-payment, when i called them the agent could not answer me the first time then she put me through to the Chronic division where i was put on hold for 20 min till my phone died, then i battled 30 min to get in touch with the Chronic division just to be told that my chronic funds is depleted and there is nothing they can do, i told her in that case i am going to my doctor to be admitted because 2 to 3 stage bio-polar is hard to live with now i have to live with it without my medication! She just kept Quite and i can swear i heard her giggle! Bonitas say they know whats best for its members ? is it best for its members with bio-polar mood disorder to be without their medication? is it best for your member to be out of day to day due to you not doing your work correctly at the beginning of the year? i will not promote Bonitas and i hope members relise that they are also just promises and no action!!!!!!!
