Children reaching 24 years

We have been on Bonitas for three years and have been satisfied with the Bonitas. You do however need to be careful when you children reach 24 years of age. Our son turns 24 in April and we received an age review form. Discussion with 2 customer service agents and email confirmation from membership confirmed that he becomes an adult member from 1 May or you can terminate. The Termination form was sent multiple times from early January. The form does not contain a date, so be careful, if you submit the form, the termination is with immediate effect. (I originally completed the first form with a date and that was ignored.) My suggestion would be, only submit the form the month in which your child turns 24.
