Cheating us out of lowest income bracket again!!!!

This is worse than last year. Bonitas Boncap option, asks us for the second year in a row to send documents for income verification. So we sent it on 23/10/15 (Query#231015QHDRV9). We get a reply saying they need an affidavit to state that my wife is unemployed. She's a stay at home mom. We send that, 29/10/15 (Query#291015QHKP97). They sent another sms stating they don't have the documents. We sent both the documents again 9/11/15 and we sent it twice (Query#091115QHWPT3 & Query#091115QHWPMY). They tell us to send it in a different format because they can't read PDFs! What company doesn't have the tech to read a PDF??? Fine we send it again as JPG files... TWICE!!! While being told to keep phoning them back. (Query#171115QJ57J7 & Query#171115QJ57KP). Today we get an email stating that they have received nothing and therefore we will be paying the default amount. I have all proof of emails sent and all query numbers. This is absolutely unprofessional on their part. We do everything they ask and they make no effort on their part.
