Changing of network without notice .

I took my son to a private hospital that we always go to just to find out that they are no longer part of the medical aid network . Then I had to first find out which hospital to take him to next .

2 weeks later again I took him to the doctor we always go to , to get a refferal letter for a specialst . Again found out that the doctor is no longer part of the medical aid network and that the refferal letter is not valid .

All this changing without notice . Now I have to put in another day leave to take him to another doctor with all the cost going with it .

Not acceptable .
