CHANGE OF BENEFITS (******)

After my gyneocologist submitted her hospital account to Bonitas Bonsave i have to find out the hospital cover is only 100%. It was always 150%. You change, no actually sneeked it in, on the 2020 brochure. I received the benefit changes and and enhancements letter but not one single word mentioned of the hospital benefit that change. I know that me as a member(insured) must also fami****ise myself with all the changes but you were supposed to specifilly point it out the changes. You actually changing the cover without the member's knowledge. Even taken away dentures but you are not ashamed to increase the contribution with 9.5%.
