Certificate of membership request

I requested a membership certificate from Bonitas for a person who had been a member in 3 different cases: -As dependent on her husband's plan @ Liberty -As main member @ LMS -As main member at Bonitas

It was a bit frustrating to get all the information as, at first they would only send the Bonitas info, then they added the LMS info, but were hesitant to release the certificate for which she was not the main member due to a lack of an estate executor or letter of authority (but death certificate provided). A few emails and repeats later they did send the final document as well. All in all, I commend their drive to keep to the POPI act, and I got what I needed in the end.
