Cancellation of membership

I have sent several emails, tried calling you on different numbers provided, sent a Whatsapp, contacted you on Messenger-no one replies nor gives a ****. All I need to know is whether the medical aid has been cancelled and whether you idiots have confirmed it and when the last debit order date will be. Please members of the public-don't be fooled by them, service delivery is non-existent and they have no clue or bothered to retain customers. The worst medical aid out there by far. Stay away.
