CANCELLATION OF BONITAS - NO REFUND YET!

Regarding my previous report on 9 February 2016, I am back with no positive feedback! I am timeuosly on the phone try to get hold of my payment of R7291 from Bonitas which was deducted from my Persal. My finance department try their best (Snr Finance Accountant try to as well, no success). PROMISES! PROMISES! PROMISES!! It will reflect on my salary for March which is not yet! I just follow up and have a screen print of my salary for March. Month-end tomorrow, 4 March 2016. Therefor, I don't have a choice as to make it head lines in the newspapers so that everybody can notice how GOOD BONITAS are!! I cannot pay my rent during February and I have to make double payment to my land lady otherwise I have to be out end of March!!! My work is also in trouble due my numeriously calls to BONITAS to get my money back. The last time BONITAS answer (Monday, 29 Feb 2016) was we have to wait 3 days, to see if rejected!! That is unacceptable. I told them I will report them to HELLO PETER which I did, now for the 2nd time! Therefor, as promise, I am going to the news papers and make it front pages and I am keeping my word! BONITAS is not a fund to rely on at all. No excuses anymore.
