Cancellation HORROR

We wanted to cancel the medical aid. We called and they said we need to email ***. We also engaged them on the app and on the chat they said they'll attach the cancellation form. They did not. We called again asking for the form as our time was running out for the 1 month notice as the next month we're on a company provided medical aid. I ask them for the form, they do not attach it. We have the acknowledgement mail and reference number from them that we've notified them in time. Now they say we're 2 month behind on our medical aid bill. LOL. We cancelled in time. They are dishonest and they drag their feet and don't attach forms when they say they do. Now they want to harass us saying we owe them money for medical aid we did not use or not aware that we still have. They eventually send the form this week and send the wrong form - a broker acceptance form, which is even more dishonest. Infact Bonitas owes us because we still have money left for over the counter meds. Bonitas is a **** - they intentionally make the process to cancel difficult, they send the wrong forms intentionally. Just leave us alone, we don't owe you anything for medical aid we did not use. Do not use Bonitas.
