Cancelation of medical aid
I have given you notice of termination of medical aid and sent you proof of new medical aid which was from 01/06/2023, termination date on the Bonitas form was 30/05/2023, you guys have ignored my emails, and made the end date the 31/06/2023. By law you cannot be on 2 medical aids simitaniously. I cannot pay for 2 medical aids, this is ridiculous!!!!
Please give me substancial feedback as the previous email just grossly ignored all forms and requests!!!
