Cancel it all together!

<p>I am currently on Bonitas medical aid, previously Liberty. Bonita were kind enough to take over the debit orders on my account but I don't even have a medical aid card or a membership number. This you have to request after you're on the line for a minimum of half an hour. I've been transferred to and from people who can't help me or better yet no one answers the call. You can't cancel the liberty loyalty program to change to Bonitas because they are different businesses. When you try to phone Liberty you get transferred back to Bonita who, wait for it, tell you they can't help you. I quite simple want to terminate all associations with Liberty and move everything over to Bonitas, but Liberty no long exsists and Bonitas just tells you to get hold of Liberty or hold the line for another half an hour. Quite frankly it's easier just cancel everything all together and sign up with a different medical aid. At least then they can attend to you! </p>
