Can not get hold of my account information

I used to be a bonitas member, unfortunately I lost my job so. I eventually ended up owing them a months premium. They have advise me that my debt was handed of to NICS Debt Collectors, I ahve called them countless times, most times I dont get someone working with Bonitas.... I got hold of him once of which he promised o send me the statment and banking details so that I can pay.<br> <br> To this date I have not received anything form them, when I call I cant find any to hep with my query they keep on saying they will pass the message... but nothing happenes.....can you get your debt collector to call me and give me the info I need.<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br>
