The call centre can never help as usual. I upped my option this year paying R2000 a month now but I seem to be getting doctors bills and pathology pills left right and centre. Only now I find out a primary doctor was never captured when I changed my scheme to a higher one. So now do I pay R2300 to my doctor, R995 to pathcare which you didnt cover and my R2000 premium to you for doing nothing?
