CALL LOGGED CLOSED WITHOUT BEING RESOLVED
Sent a report to Bonitas requesting authorization for a specialist procedure and they closed the call referring me to their optical service provider. Upon calling the service provider, they told me that they only deal with Optometry not specialist query or authorizations. <br> I feel the Medical Aid is giving me the runaround even though I followed the procedures they had stipulated.
