Call Centre Number not working
<p>I've been trying for 2 hours now to get to speak to a consultant on Bonitas' Customer Service Number. I keep getting cut off at the last stage where they say press 2 to speak to a consultant. It is really urgent I am enquiring for my 72 year old mom. I also sent them an email, no response so far. My mom was on Liberty medical aid, but since the amalgamation between Liberty and Bonitas everything is a mess. My mom's plan on her medical aid card does not even future in Bonitas' 2017 Product Brochure!! How can that be? Thank you.</p>
