********* Business practice
I have signed to join Bonitas with my wife and daughetr as dependants on the 15th Sept 2025 Monday, Tuesday the 16th Sept at 10h11 i informed the broker to have my wife taken off the scheme. Now i am being told that i still need to pay for my wife for October 2025. This is bad and ********* business practice. Hope Bonitas can have this resolved to ensure a lasting relationship with them
