BULLY COMPANY - USELESS MEDICAL.

I was on Bonitas Medical Aid since October 2023. I was not once ever able to get my chronic medication sorted as there is nobody willing to actually assist me. After doctors wrote several letters I eventually gave up.

I had financial troubles and contacted the medical as my late payment didn't reflect and bills were not paid by the medical, the responded saying, as soon as it is captured, the bills will be paid. This never happened.

In January I resigned from the Medical and joined a new one. I received a response from Bonitas, that they had received my email terminating and were processing.

Next thing, a missed debit order...... and another this month. Last month I wrote them a letter explaining that I had resigned from the medical and received nothing in response, not a call.

This monstrous company is so big that customer care means nothing. They will just rely on emails and their size to bully you into paying.

BONITAS, I WILL NEVER PAY YOU, I HAVE AN EMAIL WHERE YOU ACKNOWKEDGE ME TERMINATING MY MEMBERSHIP.
