Broke - Thanks Bonitas

Whats the point in doing what you told on time??? I submitted my income verification on time.. Yet you guys still pull off R2000 extra out of my account. Last week you guys told me that I will receive my money this week.. today you tell me I will receive it by next week. What must I do in the mean time??? The bank called me asking me to deposit money into my account to avoid penalties.. I don't have money, im completely broke with a 10 month old baby and an empty fuel tank. I cant afford groceries, I cant afford anything... so thanks guys, super service!
