Breakdown for a c section

In January I had a miscarriage and the gynea charged over R4k for an evacuation and the medical aid paid her in full. In Decemebe I gave birth to an alive baby and my gynae at the same hospital was paid a measly R3k and some odd Rands for her services performing a c-section. So the medical aid pays in full when my baby dies but when my baby lives they pay less. It should be more when the doctor does more work. Worst part I have sent motivation which they asked for and they came back with the same generic response. I am not happy with the review or the outcome. Even the anesthetist got paid his full fee which was more than what they want to pay the gynea , the person performing the c-section getting paid less than the anesthetist also blows my mind. I want a proper breakdown and a proper reason as to why, given all the information I have sent, you have paid the gynea such little money for her services especially in comparison to what you paid when I miscarried and to the anesthetist for an emergency c-section. Answer my query in full as follows: 1. breakdown of all the codes and tarrifs in relation to a c-section. 2. Response to my gynea's motivation letter which you requested to conduct a review. ***
